FREQUENTLY ASKEDQUESTIONS

What type of hair do you sell?

We sell 100% raw human hair that is ethically sourced. Our hair is unprocessed and can be colored, straightened, curled, and styled just like your natural hair.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the US. Expedited shipping (1-2 business days) is also available at checkout. International orders may take 7-14 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. Hair that has been installed, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Please contact us to initiate a return.

How do I care for my hair extensions?

We recommend using sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, detangling from ends to roots with a wide-tooth comb, and sleeping with a satin bonnet or pillowcase. Avoid excessive heat styling and always use a heat protectant.

How do I choose the right length?

The right length depends on your desired look and lifestyle. For a natural everyday look, 14"-18" is ideal. For dramatic length and volume, try 20"-26". Our team is happy to help you choose — just reach out via our contact page!

Can I color or bleach the hair?

Yes! Our 100% raw human hair can be colored, bleached, and chemically treated. We recommend having a professional stylist handle any color processing to ensure the best results and longevity of your investment

How many bundles do I need?

For a full install, we typically recommend 3 bundles plus a closure or frontal. For shorter lengths (10"-14"), 2 bundles may be sufficient. For longer lengths (22"+) or very thick hair, you may want 4 bundles.

Do you offer payment plans?

We currently accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We're working on adding flexible payment options like Afterpay and Klarna soon — stay tuned!

Choosing which lace dimension is right for you

Our closures come in two sizes: 2x6 and 5x5. A 2x6 closure is smaller and gives you a single, natural-looking part — a great, budget-friendly option if you mostly wear your hair parted the same way. A 5x5 closure is larger and mimics more of your natural scalp, giving you the freedom to part your hair in multiple directions and style it more versatilely, closer to a frontal. If you like to switch up your part or wear your hair pulled back, go with the 5x5. If you keep one go-to part, the 2x6 will serve you beautifully.
